Base on Jessie’s ( shop manager) information , I learned that Serene have purchased a variety of products in the past two weeks and satisfied about our products. 😅  it is good to know that our products have been recongized by customers and I am so happy that I ma able to communicate with customers in shop front! It is indeed a pleasure to be friends among them.

🎥Tseung Kwan O New Customer sharing 01.2021: Keith, a customer of Hair Oasis Professional , has been suffering from severe dandruff and itchiness for a long time. Those problem was reduced by 80% after having 3 week of natural propolis scalp treatment --  relieve severe dandruff, itching, inflammation, and seborrheic dermatitis.
🎥Tsimshatsui New Customer sharing 08.2020:Ms. Hui, a customer of  honeycomb hair (TST),  got a severe allergies on her face, she suspected it might be caused by the usage one of famous Japanese skin care brands for few months , The allergies could not be solved even after seeing the dermatologist for 2 month. Therefor she share this unhappy situation to the hair stylist of the store. After our introduction,  Ms Hui has tried one of our signature product, Organic "Royal Jelly" anti-wrinkle serum. There was a significant improvement using after 3 weeks,, and the problem was completely resolved after two months of continuous use. And Customer come back later to add two more cleansing products. This is a very promising and good case reference, and we had invited Ms. Hui to do sharing for us.
🎥Customer sharing 05.2021: ❤️😊I am very happy to meet this new customer at Organic Oasis, a newly set up sales location in Mid-Levels West , I sincerely invited her to do a video sharing after a 30 min talk face to face at teh shop about our products! I was so glad that customer was highly satisfied with our products
🎥Tseung Kwan Oi Customer follow up 01.2021:   A eczema was found in several area around ear and neck while having Scalp treatment 2 weeks ago, so, we had offered free trial of propolis healing balm to customer. 
🎥Tsimshatsui 1st new customer sharing 04.2020:  Ms. Fong is a new customer in Tsim Sha Tsui, and also the first user who agreed to make sharing of that shop. Ms. Fong has hair loss and mild eczema problme, so she came to the store two months ago. to understand and finally bought our products.  We invited her to share her comment on our products with other customers during her 2nd visit to the shop two months later.

To introduce  our products in salon was not easy ,in terms of  competition from traditional big brands and the existing business model of the industry. Fortunately, some hair salon owners have the same vision and are willing to invest for the future. i.e. Organic is the coming! Consumer keep looking for healthier solutions.
